Today we are looking at the best t-shirt for the tough class instructor.

The warm-up rolled on... and on. I monitored for the beads of sweat, and when I saw them the squats began... the count passed 100. Then 200. As I started 201, 202, 203 they knew today was going to be a tough one. For the main course, light sparring drills began and intensity started building with each round. Breaks were few, but short. I was keeping them in a constant burn. A sin-bin was made, this is a rest zone with a maximum number of occupants, students can tag in and out to recuperate. 45 second rounds:15 second breaks, change partners and start sparring again, listening out for new commands and challenges made.
Halfway though the class we took a timed 5 minute water break. Gloves were adjusted and as I made a kit check on one of my students before the restart, the t-shirt was noticed.
"Appropriate for the day".

As a Personal Trainer and gym rat, I am a believer in the compression top. I've never had one top rip! They have great flexibility as well as that mix of materials that is design to dissipate sweat and dry faster. The squeeze is also meant to help reduce soreness and recovery time. Although the look isn't for everyone, you can use them under a regular hanging t-shirt without a hassle.
Other compressions tops that look great...

There's a brand called Gymshark: Back in 2016-18 they were making some awesome compression kit with a superhero fit that looked and felt amazing. But in recent years they appear to have lost their edge, they fell off my radar, but perhaps they got their act together and have re-discovered their roots? Search them out, see what you think and let me know if they are worth looking at again.
