How often should you train?
Technique training: I recommend once a week. Many clubs promote attendance 2 or 3 times, but I think that's often the instructors desire to fill out the class and look more popular as form of social proof and attract more students. But I believe a 60-90 minute class once a week is perfect. Because a week off will give you time for reflection and recovery. You've been blocking, taking strikes and landing on the ground... for longevity you should consider recovery periods. In the time off you can still do physical training, just keep it without aggressive contact.
Fitness: 2 or 3 times a week. Krav practitioners are great all round athletes. So keep up with your strength and endurance training. Lift weights in one session, and then do endurance running in another.
and reading: If you are bruised or aching, take the time to train your mind and increase your understanding of the techniques and training methods. Buy a variety of books in Krav and in other styles and experiment... question and learn! Know why, know how... and share the info with others.
