Complete Krav MagaIt says over 230 techniques: I didn't count, but it doesn't feel like there are 230 techniques... (maybe if they are doubling up left-right sides and include exercises like the push-ups and squats mentioned?)...
But the way this book describes the movements, the simple break downs in explanations and clear photos is excellent. I also like how it first does into history and principles of Krav Maga, its use and application... it aims to create a mindset of progression and development. |
This is a book that should be a first read of all Krav Maga practitioners. But not the only source. It is not "complete", there's a lot missing. In fact the author went on to create at least 3 other books, Beginners Krav Maga, Krav Maga for Women and Black Belt Krav Maga are the ones I know instantly without research, if I did a google perhaps more would show up.
