What we do is more than teaching
As instructors we transfer knowledge and skills to our students. When I was a hobby (part time) instructor I went to several interviews where the company HR rep saw on my CV that I was the leader of a training club but barely acknowledged it.
We are instructors; but more than that, we are accountants, web designers, administrators, councillors, personal trainers, event planners, mentors, social media influencers, marketers and advertisers.
