- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and hands up in a defensive position. Distribute your weight evenly on both legs, allowing for quick movement and a solid base.
- Words can be powerful tools. When faced with aggression, use calm and assertive verbal communication to de-escalate the situation. Maintaining composure can sometimes deter an attacker.
