I pride myself on being able to safely deliver effective and realistic Krav Maga training. Typically a class takes on a template format from one of those listed below:
It will mostly depend on the experience and needs of the students in attendance, but the formats are flexible for all.
- The Full Krav Maga experience

- Advanced training
- High Intensity

The Full Krav Maga Experience
The Full Krav Maga Experience is what most students crave when they start researching Krav Maga. These classes are planned and structured to deliver training by demonstration, drilling and testing. Expect to workout and sweat in these classes. Some physical contact is likely as Krav Maga is a reality based system and we train as realistically as possible without compromising your safety. These classes have high energy, and the instructor brings his own twist through games and drills that are specifically engineered to advance your training and learning process.
Core skills
All Krav Maga is built up out of a solid base of simple techniques for self defence that we call the "Core Skills". They are a series of simple offensive and defences moves and strategies that you´ll apply as necessary in potentially harmful situations. In all classes there will be some focus on the Core Skills. It´s about precision in movement and accuracy in the technical details and ingraining these into muscle memory through correct repetition of correct technique.
Advanced training
When you have proven basic knowledge and experienced in the core skills you will be invited to learn more advanced techniques. In doing more advanced training will begin to test your skills with contact sparring, heavy drills and pressure. More complicated sequenced movements, strategies and methodologies will also be introduced to you and you will train and develop further in the style.
High intensity
Still suitable for beginners. In this part if the class you use pads and shields to practice combative striking methods. This is often mixed with a military fitness and bodyweight training methods that blend together create a great workout with a self defence base.
