Probably should have kept this listed under Kung Fu styles at number 7. But this Combat-Yoga is no good for self defence.
Again, practice it because you enjoy the training. The meditation, the forms, the stretch... but never claim it is for self defence. I heard one instructor say, "For fighting, just speed it up". But without the speeded up training, with no actual contact or applied or received force, there is no self defence training.
